Week 3a--Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

Q One of the most pervasive models that has found its way into many areas of business education is Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. You'll see it in management classes like this one, but also in marketing and leadership classes as well. I've found that one of the best ways to learn Maslow is to watch commercials and try to figure out which level or levels the ad seems to be appealing to. Please watch the following videos: ADT Home Security (Links to an external site.) Butch Subaru Crosstek (Links to an external site.) Porsche Kid (Links to an external site.) For your initial post, define the Maslow levels. Then, explain which level or levels you believe each ad seeks to address. Do you think each ad does a good job of presenting the need and then the product's solution? Your initial post should be about 150-250 words. Your replies should be about 50-150 words.
